I know this is probably not the answer you'd like to hear but the entire purification system is completely untouched from our side, and the way it's handled through the official servers also applies in here. We never meddle with these features simply because it can cause more harm than good. I could try to look into it once more just in-case we missed ANYTHING that could have affected you! Please remain patient in the meanwhile~ I'll get back to this thread once I have any sort of answer!

  6. Hiya! I'm sorry to hear, though in some cases it may be related to the source of pay-tool you've used so in this case "Super rewards". Whether it's still being processed or because Super Rewards needs more information. Did you try reaching out to Super Rewards? You are able to do so by accessing the PGC "Buy" page and clicking the Help SR Widget. Hope your issue will be solved soon!

  11. Memoryleak has always been a closers issue and not something we (CC) can do about it. Unless the officials address this in one way shape or form you'll always would have to deal with it unfortunately. Make sure to restart your client every 2-3 hours to minimize performance drops.
  12. Some video/screen footage would be nice to have as a reference, though keep in mind all animation related issues are outside of our scope, and something the officials would need to address.

  14. I'm glad most of you have enjoyed our xmas event! However to add on to this, just to set the record straight and not having a sense of false hope. NOT every event will be like this, in fact I could pretty much assure you that only the x-mas/end of the year event will remain in this volume. Since it's the holidays season that's all about giving back to everyone who supported us here through thick and thin we wanted to fulfill that fantasy!
