i have bug from my agent 3D models...how i am fix this?

Did you try to diagnose the game after seeing this bug?

check your version of DirectX
It should be 10 or above to work properly. 9 might not be enough

i already diagnose but now work either

before launch i have bug to lost dll even after reinstall...both dll not installed
so i am do manual download 

the both dll name is x3audio1_7 and xinput1_3

i will check directx thought my device never had this problem before....
this error come after i do reset and fix

It's better to reinstall DirectX even you think it works

You need to download and install the latest version(s) of DirectX.

You should never have to install DLL file manually as this can cause very severe problems to your computer.

The 2 DLL files mentioned are part of the Direct X Library.

Here is a link to the direct X library that you require: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

Edit: Make sure to remove the DLL files you have downloaded manually as these will override the ones that the Direct X will provide.

actually this problem confuse me because my other game not had this problem......only closers XD

You will notice when you install official games whether it be off a Disk or a platform like Steam you will be asked for permission to install things such as Direct X and C++ as they will distribute it with the game. We do not distribute it with our installed so this is why our game would give you problems where as most others will not.

Yes delete the manually downloaded DLL's as you don't know what they contain and they could actually be harmful to your computer. More often than not they will be fine but better to be safe than sorry.
