I'm sorry guys.

We are currently looking into this issue and we hope it have it fixed sometime tonight/tomorrow morning.

I really do apologize for this inconvenience.

Because of this downtime, we will be looking to create some sort of package for you guys as an apology.

Again, I am truly sorry this is happening and we hope to have it back up and running, issue free, as soon as we possibly can.

Agents,

Servers are now back online. We will be distributing a compensation package within the next 24-48 hours.

We want to be certain the issue is resolved before anything is given out just incase. We will be monitoring the servers in the meantime should something else arise from this.

We're also looking into other bugs that have been reported, we hope to have some fixes coming your way soon.
